Our client is a deep tech engineering services firm where the problems do not have existing answers. Clients come here because the work is genuinely beyond what they can build internally, and the margin for error is low. That is the point, and it is what draws exceptional engineers here in the first place.

Engineering is not a department here. It is the product. And until now, it has operated without an executive-level engineering leader. That changes with this hire.

The Role

This is a builder's role. The VP Engineering will own operations, process, team development, and the evolution of a technically strong group into a fully realized engineering organization.
