Opportunity Description
Drive impactful partnerships with Gusto as a VC & PE Partnerships Manager. Focus on relationships, strategy, and scalable programs within the investor ecosystem to achieve business success.
This key role will lead Gusto’s partnerships with venture capital and private equity firms. You will design and implement a partnership strategy, ensuring sustainable engagement models while holding accountability for results. Collaboration with various teams will be critical to support Gusto’s go-to-market strategy in the startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own relationships with VC & PE partners end to end
• Define and maintain a partner portfolio for engagement
• Build repeatable partnership motions for scalability
