Job Summary
Responsible for the sustaining engineering of electric motor products, including design optimization, cost reduction, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Motor Design & Development
Responsible for mechanical structure design and development of motors, ensuring compliance with PRD requirements and quality standard.
Use CAD software for 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing preparation.
Conduct tolerance analysis to meet manufacturing and assembly requirements.
Perform structural layout, critical dimension chain calculation, and tolerance analysis.
Lead selection of key components (permanent magnets, silicon steel sheets, insulation materials, bearings, etc.), establish technical specifications, and conduct technical exchanges with suppliers.
Output complete technical documentation including 2D/3D drawings, technical specifications (BOM, DFMEA), and test requisition forms.
