Vaughan Senior Cost Accountant Role

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a Senior Cost Accountant based in Vaughan, ON to support manufacturing financials and enhance cost efficiency across operations.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee standard costing, manage inventory reconciliations, and analyze manufacturing variances to drive informed decisions. Collaborating with operations and finance teams, you will play a crucial role in the financial close processes and the integration of acquired companies, ensuring accurate reporting and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain bills of materials and cost structures
• Analyze and report on variance performance
• Ensure accurate monthly inventory valuation
• Support integration of acquired companies’ financials
• Execute month-end close for COGS and variances
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA/CMA preferred
