Join Lawson Lundell LLP as a Banking and Lending Paralegal in Vancouver. This intermediate/senior role focuses on banking law, document management, and teamwork.
We are seeking a dedicated paralegal to support our banking and debt financing practice. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, you'll be responsible for document drafting, conducting due diligence, and managing security filings. You will collaborate closely with other paralegals, ensuring a seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review facility letters and perform due diligence
• Draft and finalize necessary loan documentation
• Manage registrations and communicate document issues
• Oversee preparing payout letters and closing matters
• Follow up on outstanding deficiencies and reporting
Requirements:
• Recognized paralegal certificate or diploma
• Five years' experience in a downtown law firm
• Excellent organization and time management skills
