Role description:


  • Quantity surveying and commercial management best practice with sound understanding of construction contracts and contract administration procedures.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment to independently produce consistent quality deliverables that demonstrate comprehensive understanding of construction risk and analytical thought.

  • Managing tending process and overseeing external consultants and valuers engaged by the bank.

  • Proactively monitoring risks associated with the financed projects, coordinating with CCU and CRE team pre and post sanction.

  • Conduct real estate valuation and reviewing external valuers’ reports.

  • Reviewing feasibility studies and contractors’ profiles for performance capability.
