I am looking for a Spanish-qualified Legal Counsel (5–8 PQE) to join a small, but high-performing legal team (based across UK and Spain). This is a broad commercial role with a strong advisory focus, including: Supplier & customer agreements MSAs, licensing, distribution & framework arrangements General commercial governance and support Exposure to corporate and cross-functional legal work as needed.
