UX/UI Designer

Job Description
This insurance company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team, focused on delivering a personal lines quoting experience for a new digital platform. You will lead design efforts for a key product area, partnering closely with product, engineering (including offshore teams), and business stakeholders to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences. The role blends strong UX thinking—research, workflows, and interaction design—with polished UI execution and pixel-perfect deliverables in Figma.

You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into clear, logic-driven user flows, rapidly iterating on concepts, and presenting solutions backed by data and user insights.
