Overview

UX Special Advisor (Secret Clearance) – Ottawa (West End, on site) – 42‑week contract with a Government of Canada client. This specialist will advise on user experience research, design thinking and service design to modernise enterprise HR solutions in a complex federal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory services in user experience research, design thinking and user experience design.


• Review current organisational practices and develop scalable UX research and design frameworks.


• Lead the development of implementation strategies, service blueprints and UX adoption roadmaps.


• Assess alignment with TBS Policy on Service and Digital and other federal strategies and directives.


• Conduct research and analyse current business processes and digital solutions, identifying UX improvement opportunities.
