UX Researcher — Hybrid (Barcelona) | Shape Product Experiences

Sage is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their team in Barcelona. This hybrid role involves conducting research to uncover user needs and shape product development. With a focus on strong collaboration, you will work with product managers, designers, and developers to advocate for user needs and enhance user experiences.

Your role will include building relationships with users, conducting various research sessions, and analyzing insights to improve our products. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English and have experience in agile environments.
