Role Purpose
Lead the planning, operation, optimization, and statutory compliance of all plant utilities while ensuring high reliability, cost efficiency, sustainability, and seamless coordination with government authorities .
Key Responsibilities
1. Utility Operations & Reliability Leadership
- Ensure 100% utility availability with zero impact on production
- Drive uptime improvement actions and system stabilization
- Monitor critical parameters and implement control strategies
2. Maintenance & Reliability Engineering
- Own Preventive, Predictive, and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)
- Lead advanced RCA (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, A3 Analysis)
- Improve MTBF and reduce repeat failures
