Job Summary

Deliver consistent, front-line customer service by greeting patrons, responding to general inquiries, and providing clear directional assistance. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors, while also completing general custodial maintenance duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet patrons, scan tickets, verify credentials, distribute programs and other giveaways as required

Assist patrons to find their seats, including those with disabilities and special needs

Ensure all patrons have appropriate tickets for their seating location

Respond to general inquires

Provide directional assistance and guidance to amenities throughout the facility

Ensure safety of patrons at all times throughout the performance
