Responsibilities
- Define digital experiences while supporting the implementation and evolution of user research practice
- Establish, manage, and continuously evolve a structured user research practice
- Partner with stakeholders to define research needs and objectives
- Plan and conduct both generative and evaluative research
- Apply a variety of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable recommendations
- Communicate research findings to influence decision-making
- Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of a digital analytics dashboard
- Participate in UX design activities
