Job description: We are a fast-growing 4 PL/3 PL provider that provides the following services Managed Transportation (Freight brokering) We are looking to bring someone capable to the team who can support primarily in the managed transportation division with day-to-day operations and leading the team. **Roles & Responsibilities include** Operations & Accounts Support Booking carriers for shipments Monitoring and tracking shipments Managing TMS entries Sourcing Carriers Reviewing Carrier invoices, PODS, Team Training Team leading 1-1 Team member reviews **Requirements** US-based Logistics / Brokerage / Freight forwarding experience required Excellent English communication skills are required (This role is all about talking to carriers and customers and building relationships).
