As our Urology Clinic RN, you will provide professional nursing services, focusing on high-quality patient care consistent with our standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise is vital in delivering specialized urological care.
Every day you will directly care for clinic patients, assessing, coordinating, triaging, evaluating, and delegating to the care team. You'll educate and consult with patients, families, and staff, implementing interventions for optimal care. You will apply critical thinking to patient care decisions (within scope), integrating resources and data, and utilizing staff efficiently.
