We are seeking an experienced Unix/Linux Administrator for a full-time, 1-year contract starting August 10, 2026 , with a possible 1-year extension . This is a hybrid position requiring 12 days on-site (in Ottawa) per month , with potential on-call and overtime requirements . Candidates must possess Secret security clearance or have resided in Canada for a minimum of 10 years and be eligible to obtain Secret clearance .

The successful candidate will support enterprise Solaris 11 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8/9 environments, including system administration, maintenance, patching, hardening, installation, configuration, and performance tuning .
