Universal Health Care (UHC) Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Universal Health Care (UHC) specialist is in charge of leading the engagement with Department of Health, local government unit, and other public and private partners in the area of the full UHC implementation in the region, Health Care Provider Network (HCPN) implementation, improvement of referral guideline, policy change for budget allocation of the reimbursed resources, and improvement of health information system across the region.

This is a fixed-term post for at least two years based in Tacloban City

Major Responsibilities

HCPN

• Leading the communication with DOH, Province, Municipality to establish HCPN in the region.
• Contributing the process of policy change of HCPN implementation at the target province.
• Monitoring the full implementation of HCPN with DOH and LGU.
