Deliver a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customers’ needs and expectations, providing product solutions, and directing them to the correct channel. You will work in a branch environment, ensuring every interaction is value-driven, ethical, and compliant with FAIS, FICA, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, and FNB governance while promoting digital and self‑service channels.
