Responsibilities

Reporting to the Mine General Manager, the Underground Mine Manager is responsible for the overall management of people, safety, partnerships, and production. This position directs tactical and strategic mining plans, ensuring that departmental performance is executed in a safe and efficient manner. As a member of the Senior Management Team, this role has direct influence on the development and delivery of the mine’s strategic business plan.
