Responsibilities

• The UMS Manager is responsible for managing and driving the implementation of the continuous improvement process at the site, by identification, evaluation and elimination of production losses and waste.
• Build a Master Plan, identify key projects with functional leaders, develop and manage skill base within manufacturing team, and deliver appropriate coaching.
• Drive MANEX program deployment, including standards development and horizontal expansion.
• Coordinate and coach team on World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology and maturity assessments.
