The UM Administration Coordinator 3 contributes to administration of utilization management. You will perform advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. You may apply intermediate mathematical skills.
The UM Administration Coordinator 3 will report to the Manager, UM Administration. You will provide non-clinical support for the policies and procedures ensuring best and most appropriate treatment, care or services for members. You will make decisions typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. You will regularly exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques and work under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
