Treasury Analyst (Montreal)

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury Reporting and Analytics, the Treasury Analyst will develop and maintain financial models related to funding liabilities and interest expense, produce debt and interest expense variance analysis, and support regulatory and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain financial models related to funding liabilities and interest expense to support decision making and optimize cost of funds.
• Produce debt and interest expense variance analysis and forecast for annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
• Prepare monthly management reporting for ALCO and executive meetings.
• Prepare regulatory reporting and financial reporting supports relating to funding liabilities and interest expense, and provide support for audit activities.
