Responsibilities
- Assist HEART Trust in carrying out a specialized needs analysis and SWOT assessment of their internal processes concerning operations and programming.
- Contribute to enhancing existing operational procedures for tracking and reporting the institution’s performance.
- Assist in the evaluation of programs to finalize monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reports and reviews.
- Provide training to staff on accountable strategies for monitoring the effectiveness and impact of program monitoring and evaluation approaches.
Qualifications
- University degree in project management, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Experience collaborating with Senior Managers, implementing projects, and applying project management strategies.
