REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 1 year’s work experienceProficiency in MS Word and ExcelExperience with reservation systems such as Amadeus (non-negotiable)Matric certificate requiredPrevious experience in the travel industryStrong accuracy and attention to detailReliable and dependable DUTIES: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Design and sell customized travel itineraries tailored to individual customer preferences.Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations and experiences.Identify and maximize sales opportunities to achieve business targets. HOURS: The office operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.Rostered shifts, including weekends.
