Be a key player in the ONxpress Construction Joint Venture as a Transportation Estimator. Engage in multi-disciplinary projects for major civil infrastructure and optimize costs for rail systems and structures.
This newly created position requires a seasoned estimator with over 5 years in construction estimating. You will operate in a Progressive Design-Build environment, preparing and refining estimates for diverse scopes, including rail corridors and associated civil works. Collaborating with various teams, your focus will be on cost certainty and enhancing design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Maintain cost models throughout design stages
• Evaluate design solutions for cost optimization
