Transportation Analytics Specialist

RXO is seeking an Analyst, Transportation to monitor, track, and analyze shipments and routes assigned to carriers, focusing on time analysis, KPI management, and BI reporting to customers and internal teams.

The role will schedule pickups and deliveries, notify customers of deviations, handle driver and customer inquiries, update the dispatch system, and support operations and equipment administration teams.
