About the Role
As a Transport Allocator, you’ll be at the centre of our daily operations—coordinating drivers, managing delivery schedules, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely updates. You’ll work closely with the Transport Coordinator and drivers to plan, adjust, and optimise delivery runs throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate daily jobs to drivers and manage run sheets and delivery documentation
- Monitor driver progress and proactively plan upcoming deliveries
- Communicate with drivers via two-way radio to ensure seamless job transitions
