We are seeking an experienced Transition Lead to plan, manage, and execute the transition of IT services from the client or incumbent vendor to the delivery organization.
The role is responsible for ensuring successful knowledge transfer, governance setup, operational readiness, and a seamless transition to steady‑state operations with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute transition plans, including scope, timelines, governance, resource planning, and success criteria.
- Lead knowledge transfer activities, ensuring completion of documentation, SOPs, runbooks, shadowing, and reverse shadowing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders, facilitating governance meetings and providing regular status updates.
- Coordinate onboarding of transition resources and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure operational readiness.
