Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategy & Transformation, the Transformation Specialist will lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide strategy and transformation initiatives, in collaboration with program leadership.
The Transformation Specialist works closely with HHS Senior Leadership, operational leaders, specialists, healthcare professionals, and physicians to take ideas from concept through to final implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and best practices.
