Transformation Intern (Monterrey)

The Transformation Intern will support the design and implementation of activities related to the organizational culture initiative. Additionally, the intern will assist in aligning and following up on activities integrated within each workstream to ensure compliance with the Transformation roadmap.

• Collaborate with the implementation team to develop activities for the Culture Transformation initiative.
• Support the follow-up on the progress of activities described in the Culture Transformation gantt and ensure its implementation.
• Support the design and implementation of change management activities for the Culture Transformation initiative.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations to communicate progress, roadblocks and achievements to our different audiences (ExComm, Sr. Managers, Plant Managers, etc.).
