Your role will involve advising on legal risks, managing internal investigations, and drafting critical operational agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial and regulatory litigation
• Advise teams during pre-litigation and urgent legal scenarios
• Support and direct internal investigations and compliance initiatives
• Oversee contributions from external legal counsel
