Transactional Banking & Finance Lawyer

Introduction :

Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg and a highly regarded Banking & Finance practice. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience.

This position is particularly suited to lawyers seeking exposure to sophisticated transactional work, working alongside experienced partners and international clients on complex cross-border financing matters.

Responsibilities :

• Advise domestic and international clients on a broad range of financing transactions.
• Assist with acquisition finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, real estate finance, asset finance and refinancing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate finance documentation and security packages.
• Participate in restructuring and debt refinancing projects.
