The Opportunity

We are seeking a Training Specialist to join our team at our Toronto office. In this role, you will develop and deliver engaging training programs for internal staff and financial professionals, helping them build confidence and proficiency with our technology, processes, and workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training sessions on Optimize’s software platform, including the CRM, reporting tools, and online account access.
