As an essential member of the Organizational Development & Training team, you will oversee the deployment of leadership and interpersonal skills training across approximately 4,000 employees. Collaborating closely with Airbus sites in the Americas, you will implement new learning solutions while ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training delivery through constant assessment.
