Training, Quality and Warehouse Manager – Gardening Department

Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Gardening Department! If you love plants, know your way around tools/equipment, and thrive in a busy warehouse environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Kickstart the crews in the morning and help them succeed throughout the day
• Handle onboarding: new staff orientation, t-shirts, docs, and first-day training
• Check in personally with crew members and support their growth
• Manage inventory of plants, soil, tools, equipment/gadgets, t-shirts and docs
• Oversee receiving, stock rotation & quality control
• Lead and train warehouse & seasonal staff
• Coordinate deliveries/pickups with Operations
• Maintain clean, safe, efficient warehouse & job sites
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
