Lead the Customer Relations training initiatives at Honda Canada with a focus on both in-office and remote methodologies. This role is critical for developing new hires and enhancing team skills.
As the Customer Relations training lead, you will craft and deliver instructional materials for onboarding, ongoing skills training, and case management. Your leadership will directly impact associate performance during their nesting period. Familiarity with various training methods and strong communication skills are essential for collaboration with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nesting periods for associates
