Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a multi-year training curriculum in collaboration with HR
• Assess and identify training needs within various teams
• Lead the creation of engaging e-learning modules
• Present training effectiveness reports to stakeholders
• Travel as necessary to branches for training support
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Proven ability with Articulate tools for training development
