Position Overview

Our dynamic organization is seeking a Training Coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, and will be adept at managing the logistics required to ensure the seamless coordination of training events. This includes triaging and tracking requests, planning training activities, and processing data in the Learning Management System (LMS). The role supports four manufacturing sites in Montreal and requires daily communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure effective delivery of training and attendance of participants. As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a key role in advancing our mission to develop our people to build the best aircraft in the industry.
