Job Purpose
Perform various training functions in support of the Douglasville Manufacturing Facility. This will include, but is not limited to implementing, and auditing training programs for all positions within facility; assisting managers and supervisors with employee training on various shifts; and staying up to date on current training practices.

· Help implement and manage individualized and group training programs to drive value to the customer, increase employee retention, and maintain employee morale.
