Job Overview
In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Training Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employee development and operational excellence across the Distribution Center. Acting as a bridge between Operations, Human Resources, and frontline teams, the coordinator ensures continuous development of knowledge, best practices, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Assess training needs in collaboration with the Distribution Centre leadership team.
- Coordinate and organize training activities across the various Distribution Centre departments in partnership with operational teams.
- Facilitate and support targeted training sessions based on operational requirements.
- Develop, update, and enhance training materials, operational guides, and internal communications tools for the Distribution Centre.
