:Reporting to the Health & Safety General Supervisor, you will be part of the Health & Safety Department and collaborate with other departments of the mine including construction and exploration. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved, while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the Environment.
Plan, deliver and conduct training on the safe use of Heavy Equipment (Loaders, Haul Trucks, Tractor Trailer etc.)
Plan, deliver, and conduct safety related training such as LOTO, Fall Protection and Confined Space
Ensure training programs meet legislative requirements
Continuous improvement of training programs
Maintain accurate records and update position-based training matrix
Play a leadership role in promoting a positive Health and Safety culture;
