Trainer for Assistive Digital Technology

Become a key facilitator in digital education at CNIB as a Trainer for Assistive Digital Technology. This full-time contract role allows you to make a positive impact on individuals with vision loss throughout Ontario.
In this role, you will conduct essential training sessions, utilizing your expertise in assistive technology to empower the Talent Pool. You'll engage with participants remotely to enhance their digital skills in applications relevant to their workplace. Effective communication and empathy are vital as you track progress and support each individual’s journey to employability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute remote training sessions individually and in groups
• Follow up regularly with participants through various channels
• Utilize CRM systems to monitor participant engagement
• Create customized training resources and materials
