Trainer Bilingue (Bogotá)

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions and materials for our agents, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.

Qualifications

• At least a technical or technological degree or a sixth semester of a professional degree.
• At least 1 year of working experience in similar roles.
• English B2+/C1.

Job Conditions

• Indefinite term contract.
• Salary: $3'500.000 + commission $390.000.
• 42 hours per week (2 days off per week).
• Schedule: Sunday to Sunday 7:00am to 11:00pm.
• 100% on site: Bogotá - Chapinero.
