At CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCCESS S.A.S. we are looking for a BPO Trainer to join our team. If you are a passionate professional with an educational mindset, this is the opportunity you're waiting for. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions and materials for our agents, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
Qualifications
- At least a technical or technological degree or a sixth semester of a professional degree.
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar roles.
- English B2+/C1.
Job Conditions
- Indefinite term contract.
- Salary: $3'500.000 + commission $390.000.
- 42 hours per week (2 days off per week).
- Schedule: Sunday to Sunday 7:00am to 11:00pm.
- 100% on site: Bogotá - Chapinero.
