Job Summary

Under the general supervision of the Program Analyst, the incumbent provides ICT technical support and maintains information technology infrastructure across the Ministry of Education and Training.

• Assist all MoET districts and Headquarters users with ICT technical support.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to MoET specifications.
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices for MoET users.
