Traffic Analyst (Aguascalientes)

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Traffic Analyst located in Aguascalientes.

The Traffic Analyst is responsible for creating all the paperwork necessary to make the exports flow properly, communicating with carriers, freight forwarders, brokers, and customers, obtaining and delivering the info needed to clear the shipments. The analyst is the key contact to make the shipments arrive on time as per customer request.

• Perform the daily check of the weekly shipping plan, checking the volume produced and confirming the quantity of trailers needed, to the carriers assigned.
• Update and send the daily shipping status to the customer DL.
• Make sure that the shipping clerk will report the trailers correctly and in a timely manner.
• Create and send the export invoices to shipping, deliver the information for carta porte to the carriers...
