Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Legal Secretarial qualification (advantageous)
- Previous experience in a Legal Administrative or Secretarial support role
- Strong document management, filing and diary management skills
- Experience preparing Legal correspondence and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills and client liaison experience
