Trade Compliance Analyst JR - VALMARK

Job Summary

Coordinate the plant’s (KDM l) imports and exports to ensure they are carried out in a timely and proper manner, ensuring compliance with all foreign trade regulations, as well as the department’s SOP and the procedures documented and implemented by Kinetek de Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.

Responsibilities

• Import:
  • Daily review and update of the KDM Milenium floor report shared by Protrans.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on urgent requests reports from the Supply Chain team regarding requested imports.
  • Update incident reports to identify supplier non‑compliance with routing guide requirements.
  • Update the database with part number information classified by the Almanza classification team.
  • Download and review the weekly incremental report, including comments on import invoices declared in consolidated customs declarations.
  • Coordinate urgent imports with the ProTrans, Almanza, and LV teams.
