What You’ll Do

• Track and monitor shipments through multiple carriers and systems.
• Identify potential delays and act quickly to resolve them.
• Communicate real‑time updates to customers, dispatch, and operations.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and ensure all documentation is complete.

What You Bring
