Track Project Management Assistant

SYSTRA Canada is part of the SYSTRA group, an international consulting and engineering firm that specializes in transport infrastructure design.

This role will support the client on the Go Expansion Program and will be a part of the Tracks Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and coordination to the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Assist in the Development and Implementation phases, collaborating with Managers and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate pre‑construction processes by reviewing plans and associated documents, ensuring effective project coordination within the overall network.
• Support the implementation of project standards and manage critical paths/milestones, providing regular project status updates to the Director.
