Opportunity Description
We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration, as well as managing employee benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll calculation and processing (new hires, terminations, changes).
- Preparation and validation of pre-payroll.
- Management and tracking of payroll incidents (absences, leaves, disabilities, overtime, etc.).
- Handling and updating employee files/records.
- Administration of benefits: grocery vouchers (vales de despensa), life insurance, and major medical expenses insurance.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Coordination with external providers (insurance companies, voucher providers, etc.).
- Support with internal/external audits related to payroll and benefits.
